My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, I really appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping staff who were incredibly attentive and made my room feel clean and comfortable. However, the overall dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive meals and cleanliness issues that overshadowed my experience. The location was decent, but the lack of nearby attractions made it less appealing. Overall, this hotel needs improvements in service and dining to be truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is nestled in a quiet area but is close to the promenade filled with shops. The pools are fantastic, especially the one with salt water, and the aqua park is a hit for both kids and adults. The food was delicious, and the entertainment team went above and beyond to ensure we had fun throughout our holiday. However, I did experience a hiccup with my safe, which was a bit unsettling. Overall, it was a beautiful vacation where we made great memories!
